Hey everyone, today is all about Instagram, and I want to explain how to delete your Instagram account. It works for both personal and business accounts.
First, makes sure you choose the correct account if you have multiple accounts, so you wouldn’t accidentally delete the one you need.

Okay, now that we have done that now, let’s go to our settings one more time to the settings page, and on this page, you won’t see delete account; it won’t appear there. What you need to do is to go to help, and then it’ll give you a link. Go to the help center and type in “delete an account.” Then an article on “How do I delete my Instagram Account” lets’ click that!!
How to disable your Instagram account?
The first option is going to give you an option that is as if you just need a break. It’s going to disable your account, so you could follow this link if you just want to disable but not permanently delete your account.
Now, how to permanently delete your account?
The article says to go to the delete your account page from your mobile browser, so let’s go ahead and open your browser, and don’t forget to make sure you’re on the right account you want to delete again. Choose the option, and then you can choose why you are deleting your account. Then, you got to type in your password and then press “delete” on the bottom. Now once you do this, it will deactivate.
Your account will actually be permanently deleted in about 28 days or so. But you could always log back in if you want to stop that from happening, so if you change your mind in the next 28 days, you could go ahead and press log back in, and it will bring you back onto your Instagram account.
