Appear Offline On WhatsApp
First, open up WhatsApp and go to the Settings menu on your app.
Then, from Settings, you want to click on the Account.
After that, we want to go to Privacy, the first option.
To appear offline, I recommend hanging three different settings; one is the last seen. Go ahead and change that to nobody so people can’t tell you’re online when you’re online, and it will appear offline.
Then what I recommend you do is you want to change your live location to none. You also want to change red receipts to off, so people don’t know when they send you a message, and you look at the message that you actually read it.
The last thing I recommend you do is to change your status. Go to status and change this from “my contact” to “only share with” and don’t choose anyone on this page; just press done. Now it’s sharing it with zero people, so if you do change your status here, no one is going to be able to see it.
So last seen, status, live location, and red receipts should all look like mine here, and then by doing that, you will appear offline on WhatsApp.
