The Xiaomi 17 Series Achieves Significant Sales Milestone in China
Xiaomi has announced that the newly launched Xiaomi 17 series has surpassed one million units sold in China within a week of its release. This achievement was disclosed by Xiaomi President Lu Weibing on the social media platform Weibo, highlighting the rapid consumer adoption of the product line.
The Xiaomi 17 series, encompassing the standard Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max models, has demonstrated a faster sales trajectory compared to previous Xiaomi flagship releases. In response to this robust demand, the company is augmenting its production capabilities to ensure sufficient supply.
The Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max models feature a secondary display on the rear and are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 System-on-Chip (SoC). Enhancements have been implemented in the camera systems across the series. Furthermore, the 17 Pro Max variant incorporates a substantial 7,500 mAh battery.
The standard Xiaomi 17 model is also equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It is provisioned with a 7,000 mAh Si/C battery and includes a triple rear camera configuration.
