According to a report originating from sources within China, the Honor Magic8 Ultra is anticipated to maintain a triple-lens rear camera configuration, mirroring the design of the Honor Magic7 Pro.

Further information, attributed to the source “Smart Pikachu,” suggests the Magic8 Ultra will incorporate a novel 200MP sensor for its telephoto camera. Furthermore, the primary rear camera is rumored to utilize an OmniVision sensor.
The Honor Magic8 and Magic8 Pro models are scheduled to launch in China later this month. The Magic8 Ultra, along with a potential Magic8 Mini variant, are projected to be released in early 2026. All iterations within the Magic8 series are expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 system-on-a-chip (SoC).
