Oppo is poised to launch its Find X9 series, with the official unveiling slated for October 16th. The company has initiated a promotional campaign, releasing a series of teasers, including a recent video showcasing the forthcoming device’s design elements.
The video, featuring Oppo’s Zhou Yibao, provides a comprehensive view of the Find X9 series’ aesthetics. Key design revisions are evident, notably the camera module configuration. Unlike the centered circular design of the X8 generation, the Find X9 series integrates a squircle-shaped camera island located in the corner.
The promotional video also highlights prominent features, including 4K Live Photos, a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto camera, and a slim 1.15mm bezel surrounding the display.
Extensive specifications for both the Find X9 and X9 Pro have already surfaced through various leaks. Notably, the telephoto camera within the Find X9 Pro is anticipated to utilize the 200MP ISOCELL HP5 sensor, recently announced. This configuration marks a departure from the X8 Pro, which incorporated two telephoto modules.
In conjunction with the Find X9 series launch, Oppo will also introduce its Android 16-based operating system, ColorOS 16, on October 15th. A teaser video for ColorOS 16 is also available.
