Vivo X300 Pro/X300: Dimensity 9500 Power, Camera Upgrades Revealed!

The vivo X300 series has been officially launched, comprising the X300 and the X300 Pro models. Both smartphones are driven by the newly introduced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 System-on-Chip (SoC) and incorporate several enhancements compared to their predecessors.

The flagship X300 Pro features a refined Zeiss triple rear camera system. The primary camera utilizes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 sensor (1/1.28-inch, f/1.57 aperture) with gimbal Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This is complemented by a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit and a 200MP Samsung HPB sensor (1/1.4-inch) dedicated to telephoto functionality. The front-facing camera is equipped with a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.

Internally, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, integrated with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16GB of RAM, and a maximum of 512GB of internal storage. A 6,510 mAh battery provides power, supporting both 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The display supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and incorporates an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The device weighs 226g and is 7.99mm thick, with an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It will be available in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color variants.

The base model X300 is also equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The design of this model is characterized by a more compact form factor.

The X300 features a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels. It also includes an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Powering the device is a 6,040 mAh battery, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The rear camera system of the X300 comprises a 200MP primary camera (Samsung HPB sensor, 1/1.4-inch, f/1.68 aperture), a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera (1/1.95-inch), and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera. The front camera utilizes the same 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.
