Oppo Unveils AI Partnership with Google for Find X9 Series
Oppo has announced a strategic partnership with Google, introducing a suite of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features slated for integration within the upcoming Find X9 series. While the global launch of the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro is pending, this collaboration promises to enhance user experience through advanced AI capabilities.
The integration centers around Oppo’s Mind Space application, which will leverage Google’s Gemini AI. Users will be able to utilize a three-finger swipe gesture to save on-screen content, enabling Gemini to process and act upon the captured information.
Furthermore, Oppo flagships running ColorOS 16 will feature enhanced Gemini integration across first-party applications. This includes AI-driven capabilities such as Nano Banana AI image editing, AI Search, AI Call Summary, AI Recorder, and AI Writer. Find X9 users will also gain access to real-time Gemini Live assistance, providing visual guidance directly on the device’s display.
All newly introduced AI features will operate within Oppo’s AI Private Computing Cloud, utilizing Google Cloud’s security infrastructure. As a further incentive, Oppo confirmed that purchasers of the Find X9 series will receive a complimentary three-month Google AI Pro subscription.
