OnePlus Announces Flagship Duo: OnePlus 15 and Ace 6
OnePlus has unveiled its newest flagship smartphones, the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6. The initial launch will be in China, with a global release anticipated in late November. Both devices feature high-performance specifications, including advanced display technology and robust power solutions.
OnePlus 15
The OnePlus 15 introduces a redesigned aesthetic. It features a flat-edged design, a departure from the quad-curved display of its predecessor. The device is equipped with a 6.78-inch FHD+ display with a 165Hz refresh rate, utilizing a BOE X3 panel. The display is further enhanced by narrow, uniform 1.15mm bezels. These design changes contribute to a smaller overall footprint compared to previous models.
The OnePlus 15 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 System-on-Chip (SoC). The device incorporates a significant battery upgrade, now featuring a 7,300mAh capacity. Charging capabilities have been enhanced, supporting 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. The operating system is ColorOS 16, running on Android 16.
OnePlus Ace 6
The OnePlus Ace 6, the successor to the Ace 5 in China, is expected to launch globally as the OnePlus 15R. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition processor and features a 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
The Ace 6 incorporates a dual-camera system on the rear, including a 50MP wide-angle lens and an 8MP ultrawide lens. A 16MP camera is featured on the front of the device. Battery capacity is notably increased with a 7,800mAh unit, and it supports 120W wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported.
