Doogee to Launch Rugged Fire 7 Pro Smartphone Featuring Dual Camping Lights
Following the recent release of the Doogee Fire 5 Ultra, sources indicate that Doogee is preparing to launch another rugged smartphone, the Fire 7 Pro. This new device is expected to build upon the Fire series’ focus on durability and functionality, incorporating a distinctive feature set.
The Fire 7 Pro will prominently feature dual camping lights on its rear panel, mirroring the design of the Fire 5 Ultra. These lights are specified to provide a brightness of 1,200 lumens. Beyond illumination, the camping lights are also designed to function as a flash and offer three SOS modes.
Additional features anticipated for the Doogee Fire 7 Pro include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IR night vision light, a customizable key, and Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities. The device is also expected to achieve IP68 and IP69K ratings, signifying resilience against dust and water ingress.
Regarding its aesthetics, the Fire 7 Pro is planned to be offered in three color options: Blaze Orange, Forest Green, and Meteor Silver. It is anticipated to be priced at $269.99.
While specific details regarding the camera setup are still emerging, available imagery suggests multiple rear cameras. The primary camera will reportedly utilize a 13MP OmniVision OV13853 sensor. A front-facing 8MP camera (Sony IMX134) will likely be included for selfies and video calls.
