The Find X9 series devices are currently available in select regions, including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico. The enhanced customer support program will provide one-on-one assistance via popular online communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Line, and Zalo. This service will connect users with dedicated “service butlers” for real-time product and service consultations.
These service butlers are specifically trained to handle a comprehensive range of customer inquiries. Oppo reports that the butlers possess an average of over five years of experience in serving premium phone users and have specialized expertise in quality assurance, complaint resolution, and technical support. They are equipped to directly liaise with Oppo engineers to expedite issue resolution, with a guaranteed response and solution turnaround time of within twelve hours.
Furthermore, the service butlers will facilitate appointment scheduling at Oppo service centers and coordinate convenient pick-up and delivery repair services. The program also encompasses proactive user support, including the dissemination of pertinent information such as system upgrade schedules, new feature notifications, practical usage tips, and promotional offers.
