Samsung Unveils Tri-Fold Smartphone Prototype at K-Tech Showcase 2025
At the 2025 K-Tech Showcase, Samsung presented its inaugural tri-fold smartphone, a prototype lacking an official designation. Initially presented behind a protective display, limiting visual access, subsequent video footage has provided a more comprehensive examination of the device’s design.

Examination of the device reveals dual hinge mechanisms. These hinges are positioned on either side of the displays when the device is folded. Observations indicate the hinge on the left side is broader than its counterpart on the right.

The power button and volume controls are situated on the right side of the device. Furthermore, the power button appears to integrate a fingerprint scanner, mirroring the design of the Galaxy Z Fold7.
