Following previous certification in October, the device is confirmed to utilize the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 System-on-Chip (SoC) in conjunction with 8GB of RAM. The benchmark test was conducted on a prototype running Android 15. The final product is likely to ship with this operating system, despite the availability of Android 16 since June.
Further details regarding the Poco Pad M1’s specifications have been disseminated by an industry source on X, suggesting the device is a rebranded version of the Redmi Pad 2 Pro.
The Redmi Pad 2 Pro, which launched in September, features the same aforementioned chipset. Key specifications include a 12.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1600×2560 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Storage options are available at 128GB or 256GB.
