Galaxy Z TriFold Owners: Half-Price Display Repair, One-Time Offer!

Samsung to Offer Display Repair Discount and Other Incentives with the Launch of the Galaxy Z TriFold
Samsung is preparing to release its inaugural tri-folding smartphone, the Galaxy Z TriFold, with a targeted launch date of December 12th in South Korea. The company has announced a series of customer benefits designed to enhance the value proposition of this premium device.
A key element of this program is a dedicated benefit for Galaxy Z TriFold purchasers in the event of display damage. Samsung will provide a one-time 50% discount on the cost of display repairs. Details regarding the scope of this discount, specifically whether it encompasses both the inner and outer displays, remain pending. The Galaxy Z TriFold incorporates a 10-inch flexible inner screen, which may be more vulnerable to damage compared to the 6.5-inch external panel, protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2.
The exact monetary value of the 50% discount is currently unknown, as Samsung has yet to disclose the full repair costs for the device’s displays. Additional information regarding the specific terms and conditions of this program, including repair pricing, is anticipated to be released in the coming weeks, coinciding with the product’s market availability.
Furthermore, the Galaxy Z TriFold will include a 45W charger and a protective case within its retail packaging. The device is priced at approximately $2,450 (KRW 3,594,000) in South Korea and is initially offered in a Crafted Black color variant. Subsequent market availability is planned for China, Taiwan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.
