Black Shark Announces GS3 Ultra Smartwatch
Black Shark has expanded its wearable lineup with the introduction of the GS3 Ultra smartwatch, an enhanced model succeeding the original GS3, which was launched over a year ago.
The GS3 Ultra is constructed with a reinforced metal frame and features four physical buttons designed in a mechanical style. Its display is a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED panel with a resolution of 466×466 pixels and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The screen is protected by 9H Gorilla Glass, capable of displaying 16.7 million colors, and offers a selection of 270 watch faces.
The smartwatch incorporates a suite of health-monitoring capabilities, including heart rate tracking, stress level measurement, blood oxygen level monitoring, and comprehensive sleep analysis. The sleep tracking functionality provides data on four sleep stages: deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, and wakefulness, with support for tracking afternoon naps.
For navigation, the GS3 Ultra supports dual-band (L1+L5) GPS, supplemented by BeiDou, GLONASS, NavIC, and Galileo. It also includes ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) for call clarity. Powering the device are high-density batteries, unspecified in capacity, which provide up to 18 days of usage on a single charge and up to 45 days in Ultra-Long Standby mode.
Available in silver and black color options, the pricing and release details for the Black Shark GS3 Ultra have not yet been disclosed.
