Total revenue for the quarter reached $102.5 billion, representing an 8% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. The robust performance was driven by strong demand across several key product categories. iPhone revenue reached a record $49.02 billion, fueled by the initial sales of the iPhone 17 series. This represents a 6% increase compared to the performance of the iPhone 16 series. It is important to note that the iPhone 17 models and the Air were available for only eight days before the close of Q4, therefore, their full financial impact is anticipated to be more fully reflected in Apple’s Q1 2026 financial report.

The Services sector, encompassing the App Store and subscription-based offerings, also achieved an all-time high revenue of $28.75 billion.

Further contributing to the positive results, Mac revenue reached $8.73 billion, demonstrating a 13% year-over-year increase, despite the absence of a new Mac release during the reporting period, as the M5 MacBook Pro launch will be reflected in the Q1 2026 report. iPad revenue remained relatively stable at $6.95 billion. The Wearables, Home, and Accessories category generated $9.01 billion in revenue.

Looking forward, Apple anticipates a strong holiday season, projecting revenue growth between 10% and 12%. However, the company estimates that it will incur approximately $1.4 billion in tariff-related costs during this period.
