The nubia Flip3, a clamshell foldable smartphone, has been officially unveiled in Japan, with sales scheduled to commence in mid-January 2026. This launch coincided with the debut of nubia’s inaugural book-style foldable, the nubia Fold.
The nubia Flip3 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400X chipset, complemented by 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Its primary display is a 6.9-inch flexible screen with Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the device incorporates a 4-inch AMOLED cover display.
The rear camera system comprises a dual-lens configuration: a 50MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultrawide unit. For front-facing photography, the nubia Flip3 features a 32MP camera.
Powering the device is a 4,610mAh battery. Additional specifications include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, and NFC support. The device weighs 187g and has a thickness of 7.5mm when unfolded.
