Following its initial release in China last month and subsequent global launch, the OnePlus 15 has commenced its first international software update. This Over-the-Air (OTA) update will be available to users upon device activation.

The update, identified as OxygenOS 16.0.1.303, is based on Android 16. Deployment is currently underway in India, with firmware version CPH2745_16.0.1.303(EX01), and the European Union, utilizing firmware version CPH2747_16.0.1.303(EX01).
Key features of this update encompass the November 2025 security patch level. The changelog indicates enhancements including: accelerated application launch performance from the home screen; customizable widget naming; the ability to resize the clock within Flux themes; the capability to stack widgets by dragging them onto one another; automatic image straightening during cropping and rotation of portrait and architectural photographs in the Photos application; the functionality to set videos as ringtones; improvements to virus scanning speed; an enhanced Ring fingerprint animation; a redesigned interface for the AI LinkBoost Network Engine; real-time notifications for network acceleration in poor network conditions; and the addition of a network speed testing tool for detailed network status analysis.
