vivo has announced record-breaking initial sales performance for its X300 series smartphones, launched in China on October 13th. This new series, comprising the X300 and X300 Pro, features enhanced hardware and incorporates several feature upgrades.
vivo reports that the first-week sales figures for the X300 series surpassed the cumulative sales of the entire X200 lineup, which included a “Pro mini” variant.
This achievement, while significant, is viewed as a logical outcome given the X300’s positioning as a direct successor to the X200 Pro mini, offering a compact form factor without compromising on high-end specifications.
The vivo X300 Pro, in particular, represents a substantial upgrade over its predecessor, incorporating improvements in key areas such as camera technology, display quality, battery efficiency, and processing performance.
vivo has confirmed plans to introduce the X300 series to European Union markets by the end of the current month. Furthermore, launches in India and other Asian regions are anticipated in November.
