Nubia Z80 Ultra Official Launch Scheduled for October 22nd in China
Following multiple preliminary reports, the Nubia Z80 Ultra has been officially confirmed for launch on October 22nd in China. Nubia has released imagery showcasing the device’s design, solidifying the previously circulating details.
The Z80 Ultra’s aesthetic mirrors that of its predecessor, the Z70 Ultra, with notable adjustments to the camera module layout. The rear camera array features a redesigned arrangement, with primary and ultrawide lenses positioned at the top, and the periscope zoom module situated below. The edges of the camera island are designed to taper towards the back of the phone.
The Z80 Ultra will be offered in three color variants: Light White, Phantom Black, and a special edition inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Sky”.
Preliminary information indicates that the Z80 Ultra may potentially utilize the same 64MP periscope zoom module as the Z70S Ultra, supporting a 2.7x optical zoom.
Nubia has also presented sample images captured by the device, demonstrating a range of focal lengths spanning from 18mm to 140mm.
