Honor Robot Phone: Futuristic Design Debuts, March Unveiling Anticipated.

Honor Unveils Teaser for “Robot Phone” and Announces Full Reveal at MWC Barcelona

Today, Honor formally launched the Magic V2 and Magic V2 Pro, while simultaneously introducing a forthcoming device, tentatively designated as the “Robot Phone.” The complete unveiling of this innovative product is scheduled for the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona in early March of the upcoming year.

The initial promotional video, embedded below, provides a glimpse into the device’s key functionality. The “Robot Phone” moniker stems from its distinctive camera system, which integrates a gimbal mechanism reminiscent of the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. This integrated camera system allows for dynamic movement and a degree of mimicry of human head movements.

The device’s functionality is augmented by artificial intelligence, which is designed to enhance its interaction with the environment and the subject matter it captures.

Currently, Honor has classified this as a concept device. The final presentation at MWC may showcase it as either a conceptual prototype or a finalized product. Interested parties are encouraged to register on Honor’s official website to receive updates, exclusive insights, and participate in early user research. This feedback could potentially influence the product’s final design and functionality. Furthermore, early registrants will have the opportunity to experience, evaluate, and test the device prior to its public release.
