Samsung India has announced a strategic partnership with Swiggy’s Instamart, an on-demand grocery delivery service, to facilitate rapid delivery of its Galaxy-branded devices throughout India.
Swiggy’s Instamart has been distributing Samsung smartphones and other branded products since March. This collaborative effort streamlines device procurement by utilizing Swiggy’s established logistics infrastructure, thereby enhancing Samsung’s customer reach and accessibility within the Indian market.
The collaboration provides Samsung with an additional distribution channel, strengthening its retail presence in India. This partnership aims to provide customers with expedited delivery of a range of Galaxy products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.
Swiggy promotes a ten-minute delivery timeframe for items purchased through Instamart; however, actual delivery times may vary due to external factors such as delivery location, traffic conditions, and prevailing weather patterns.
While a comprehensive list of cities where this service will be available is unavailable at this time, the initial rollout encompasses major metropolitan areas across India. Samsung anticipates a phased expansion of this rapid delivery service to additional cities in the near future.
